1. Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at the construction site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
2. Mechanical Works
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems.
- Monitor ventilation and exhaust systems.
- Ensure proper installation of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Oversee pumps, water tanks, and mechanical equipment installation.
3. Electrical Works
- Supervise electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, and panels.
- Monitor installation of transformers, DG sets, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Verify lighting, power outlets, and emergency systems installation.
4. Plumbing Works
- Supervise water supply and drainage systems.
- Inspect sanitary fixtures and plumbing installations.
- Monitor sewage, rainwater, and stormwater pipelines.
- Ensure leak-free testing before commissioning.
5. Quality Control
- Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections before work handover.
- Report and rectify quality issues promptly.
6. Safety Compliance
- Ensure all MEP work follows safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Report and investigate safety incidents.
7. Coordination
- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Interior teams.
- Resolve site clashes and technical issues.
- Attend project coordination meetings.
8. Material Management
- Verify receipt and quality of MEP materials.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
9. Documentation
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Record inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Update work completion status.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets and work bills.
10. Testing & Commissioning
- Coordinate testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure successful commissioning before project handover.
- Rectify defects identified during testing.
11. Project Monitoring
- Track work progress against project schedules.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Support timely project completion.
12. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
- Resolve technical observations.
- Assist during project handover and snag rectification.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
