Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, corporate clients and other potential customers to promote Natural Elements' range of flooring, wall cladding, decking and related interior products.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions based on project needs and budgets.
- Conduct product presentations, share samples, and provide technical guidance to clients.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with the showroom, operations and back-office teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and project updates.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking meetings when required.
Educational Qualification
- MBA, Graduate, or Diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Experience in home decor, flooring, building materials, interior products, construction materials, furniture or related industries is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Telugu. (Mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Good understanding of the architecture, interior design and construction systems
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Other Requirements
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, project visits and business development activities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
