Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact digital marketing training to students/professionals. You should have hands-on experience in real-world digital marketing campaigns and a strong desire to share your knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Train learners in areas such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing – Google Ads)
- SMM (Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Influencer Marketing
- Mobile Marketing
- Create training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and practical workshops.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta).
- (Optional) Deliver live projects or coordinate internships for hands-on exposure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate
- Proven work experience in digital marketing and/or as a trainer (minimum 1 years).
- Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Certified (Ads, Analytics)
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Prior experience as an online instructor or webinar host.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
