Hiring: Centre Head – Corporate Daycare
Location: Sector 119, Noida
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to lead and manage our Corporate Daycare Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle parent enquiries and drive admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of existing families and children.
- Plan and execute outreach programs to connect with prospective parents and the local catchment area.
- Take complete ownership of centre operations and performance.
- Manage staff, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
- Oversee upkeep, safety, hygiene, and overall presentation of the premises.
- Build a positive, nurturing, and professional environment for children, parents, and team members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong admission conversion and parent engagement abilities.
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in preschool, daycare, education, or customer-facing service industries will be preferred.
