Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training modules on communication, interpersonal skills, personality development, leadership, and professional etiquette.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and mock interview sessions to prepare students for placements and professional success.
- Collaborate with the Training & Placement Department to align training programs with industry requirements.
- Provide personalized mentoring and feedback to students to enhance confidence and employability skills.
- Develop and maintain training content, learning materials, and assessment methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in English / English Literature / English Language & Linguistics with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
- NET/SET/SLET qualification in English as per UGC norms (mandatory unless exempted).
- Ph.D. in English (awarded/pursuing) will be given preference.
Experience
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in a reputed institution preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and strong communication skills may also be considered.
Desired Skills
- Strong command of English language, grammar, and literature across British, American, and World literatures.
- Proficiency in teaching both language and literature courses, including critical theory, linguistics, and communication skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching pedagogies, ICT tools, and e-learning platforms effectively.
- Research orientation with potential to publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students in academics, research, and communication enhancement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an inclination for teamwork and institutional development.
- Willingness to participate in departmental and institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, student counseling, and curriculum development.
