Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in improving organic search visibility, driving website traffic, and implementing data-driven SEO strategies.
As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings and generate high-quality organic leads. You will collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization
- Plan, execute, and manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt tags, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve website indexing, crawlability, and overall search engine performance.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, duplicate content, crawl errors, redirects, and sitemap optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
Website Performance & Analytics
- Track website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Analyze user behavior and website performance to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure websites comply with the latest search engine guidelines and industry best practices.
Content & Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Provide keyword recommendations and content optimization guidelines for blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to implement SEO improvements without affecting user experience.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by aligning SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate new SEO tools, techniques, and strategies to continuously improve website performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance SEO processes and contribute to long-term digital growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS, website architecture, and CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with website speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects while meeting deadlines.
