Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team in the Central Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor daily team performance, lead conversions, and site visits.
Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
Assist team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales performance reports.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
Stay updated on project details and market trends across the Mulund to Powai region.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling.
Strong knowledge of the Central Mumbai real estate market, especially Mulund to Powai.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals and close deals.
Compensation: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
