Job Description – CDP (Chef de Partie) – Diet Meal Preparation
Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Diet Meals
Department: Kitchen Operations
Location: Central Kitchen / Production Kitchen
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook diet meals according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and nutritional guidelines.
* Ensure meals are prepared with accuracy, consistency, and high-quality presentation.
* Follow calorie-controlled, high-protein, low-carb, diabetic-friendly, and other specialized meal plans as prescribed.
* Monitor food quality, freshness, taste, and portion control during production.
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with FSSAI and company SOPs.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients and finished products.
* Coordinate with the nutrition and production teams to execute daily meal plans efficiently.
* Minimize food wastage and maintain optimal utilization of ingredients.
* Conduct pre-preparation (mise en place) and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
* Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
* Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and reporting shortages to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
* Ensure all meals are dispatched on time as per production and delivery schedules.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
* 2–5 years of experience in diet meal preparation, healthy meal production, cloud kitchens, or central kitchens.
* Knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking techniques and portion control.
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per month
