Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating visually engaging designs and high-quality video content to promote the resort’s brand, services, and events. This role plays a key part in digital marketing, social media presence, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and social media creatives
- Create and edit videos for promotions, events, reels, and advertisements
- Develop engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website
- Capture and edit photos/videos of resort facilities, events, and guest experiences
- Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign planning
- Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and effects to enhance video content
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Stay updated with design trends and social media content strategies
- Maintain a library of creative assets and media files
Position Importance:
- Strengthens the digital presence and brand image of the resort
- Drives customer engagement and online bookings through creative content
- Supports marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography
- Creativity and strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
