Job Profile

As a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you’ll be responsible for leading social media marketing campaigns and daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Being the go-to social media expert, always up-to-date with best practices, features, strategies, and analytics.
Planning, executing, and measuring digital media campaigns across platforms with hands-on expertise.
Engaging and managing social media accounts on a daily basis, building a strong connection with the online community.
Acting as an advocate for clients on social media, engaging in conversations, and responding to queries.
Providing exceptional mentorship to your team members, promoting high engagement and low attrition.
Staying on top of the latest trends in social media tools, applications, and strategies to ensure we’re always cutting-edge.
Working cross-departmentally to align social media timelines with product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand initiatives.
Driving continuous operational improvements in the team’s productivity and quality.

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital or social media project management.
Deep understanding of major and emerging social media platforms, including their rules, best practices, and policies for advertisers.
Strong creative acumen to work closely with the creative team on campaign planning and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conceptualize and present new social media innovations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in managing projects, reviewing monthly reports, and improving
workflows.
A degree in mass communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Positive, self-directed, and team-oriented with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in both leadership and support roles within teams.
