Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records of conversations.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Requirements Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
