Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and initial telephonic screening.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview feedback and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer letters.
- Complete joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under hiring deadlines.

- Recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring).
- Basic HR policies and onboarding.

- Interview coordination and documentation.

- Number of positions closed per month.
