Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, maintenance, CNC/VMC operators, supervisors, engineers, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Build talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing and engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA HR / MSW HRM / Any Graduate with HR specialization.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Automobile Components, Precision Engineering, CNC Machining, Foundry, Forging, Casting, or Manufacturing Industries.
- Knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
