Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, welcoming guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, seat, and assist guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Ensure proper table setting and replenishment of service stations.
- Handle guest queries and coordinate with managers for guest satisfaction.
- Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Assist in opening, shift, and closing duties.
- Support team members and participate in training sessions.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant floor operations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
