Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer queries on property listings, rentals, and sales.
- Provide accurate information on rates, availability, and features to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints promptly, upsell services, and maintain detailed call logs.
Requirements:
- HSC (10+2) or Graduate, BPO/call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Assamese/Hindi (fluency in local languages a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
