We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist
We're looking for someone who's equal parts creative, curious, and chronically online (for research, obviously).
If you love building brands, spotting trends before everyone else, writing captions people actually read, and have a folder full of "content ideas," we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute social media content across platforms.
- Create content calendars and keep everything on track.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to bring ideas to life.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Engage with the community through comments and DMs.
- Track performance and identify what's working (and what's not).
- Keep up with trends, memes, platform updates, and cultural moments.
- Be a part of shoots - wherever it is happening.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social media.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and social media analytics.
- Someone who's organized, proactive, and loves taking ownership.
