Shefali Javeri & Associates is a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) specializing in high-end interior and architectural projects. We manage projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, and seamless coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to be stationed full-time at project sites. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Interior Design or Civil Engineering who have strong technical knowledge and experience managing large-scale interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving milestone targets.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion for billing and execution.
- Identify site issues proactively and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Track material deliveries, approvals, and site documentation.
- Attend project meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and action items.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, architectural, or construction projects.
- Experience handling projects ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft.
- Strong understanding of interior construction methodologies, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time from project sites.
