Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to spearhead our Payments and Digital Solutions portfolio. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-million dollar digital transformation programs. You will bridge the gap between technical excellence and business strategy, ensuring that our BFSI clients receive cutting-edge, scalable, and secure financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Delivery
- Lead the delivery of large-scale Payments (Swift, ISO 20022, Real-time Payments, Wallets) and Digital Banking initiatives.
- Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across global geographies.
2. Solutioning & Architecture Oversight
- Collaborate with architects to design future-ready digital ecosystems (Microservices, Cloud-native banking, API integrations).
- Ensure solutions meet stringent BFSI compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
3. Business Growth & Pre-Sales (Desirable)
- Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery sessions and RFP responses.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client pitches, showcasing our delivery excellence and domain depth.
- Identify opportunities for account mining and organic growth within existing portfolios.
4. People Leadership & Operations
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team of Delivery Managers, Architects, and Engineers.
- Manage P&L for the business unit, optimizing utilization and operational margins.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: ~20 years in IT services or FinTech, with a significant career trajectory in the BFSI domain.
- Domain Mastery: Deep expertise in Payments (Domestic/International, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Currencies) and Digital Transformation (Mobile Banking, CX/UX, Open Banking).
- Delivery Excellence: Proven track record of managing portfolios exceeding $15M-$20M+ in annual revenue.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, including Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the /"executive presence/" required to interface with C-suite stakeholders.
