Key Responsibilities
Classroom Instruction & Learning
- Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, EVS, and early childhood development.
- Use child-friendly, activity-based, and hands-on teaching methods.
- Incorporate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play-based learning.
Child Development & Care
- Observe and track each child’s emotional, social, and academic progress.
- Provide individual attention and support when needed.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of all children.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline positively through encouragement and clear routines.
- Prepare learning materials, charts, and activity setups.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and visually stimulating.
School Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents regarding progress, behaviour, and activities.
- Participate in assemblies, events, celebrations, and trainings.
- Maintain records, lesson plans, and assessment sheets.
- Work collaboratively with staff and follow school rules and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality
- Experience with pre-primary children (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the school’s teaching philosophy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
