Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive admissions, revenue, and brand awareness across all Sports Gurukul centres.
- Create customized marketing plans for each centre based on local market requirements while maintaining the company's overall brand identity.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Centre Marketing Executives across PAN India.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase enrolments.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, corporate tie-ups, school collaborations, and community engagement activities.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, creative teams, and vendors for campaign execution.
- Ensure consistent branding, communication, and promotional activities across all centres.
- Develop monthly and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Centre Heads to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, sports events, tournaments, workshops, and promotional activities to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports and present marketing performance, lead generation, and growth strategies to senior management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
