Position-Senior Cataloguing Executive(E-Commerce)
Location: Kalbadevi, Marine Lines, Mumbai
Working Days- Time-10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday- Saturday)
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 Years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cataloguing Executive to take ownership of jewellery product cataloguing and ensure accurate, complete, and consistent product information across company platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end cataloguing of jewellery products.
- Create and maintain detailed product descriptions, specifications, product codes, prices, and attributes
- . Ensure correct categorization, naming conventions, and product data standards.
- Coordinate with photography, design, inventory, sales, and production teams
- . Review and approve product data for accuracy before publishing.
- Maintain and regularly update product databases and catalogues.
- Identify and resolve product data errors, duplicates, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely cataloguing of new collections and product updates.
- Maintain cataloguing standards and documentation.
- Support the team in improving cataloguing processes and data accuracy.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel and strong data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of jewellery products and terminology.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of product information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
