Job Purpose
To cater to the ever-expanding business and market reach in Key markets across India, RitikaaWood is looking for Dynamic, Result Oriented Professionals to support with business development activities to sell Product Solutions to Architects, Designers and Project Management Consultants engaged in the design and execution of High End Residential Villas for Private Individuals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and interaction details
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and other social platforms to initiate conversations
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team
- Conduct basic research on prospects (company, projects, decision-makers) before outreach
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up communication
- Track and report daily/weekly outreach and meeting metrics
- Support in database management, segmentation, and cleanup activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

What Is Good to Have
- Exposure/experience in using software such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication in and across teams, to build relationships with potential clients. This includes managing schedules, resources, and logistics.
- Experience in organizing college fairs/fests, team activities, etc., preferably in a leadership role. Experience working in sponsorship for college festivals is ideal

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
