- Handle inbound technical queries (phone, email, meetings) — FCR target ≥ 80%
- Troubleshoot software bugs, hardware faults, and platform configuration issues
- Support go-live onboarding — coordinate setup, testing, and sign-off at customer sites
- Deliver product demos and structured user training sessions
- Log all cases in ticketing system with resolution notes.
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering with reproduction steps and impact assessment
- Conduct periodic account check-ins; track CSAT / NPS scores
- Write FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and known-issue docs for internal KB
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
