The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of surgical conditions, performing both open and laparoscopic surgical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Examining patients and making diagnoses to determine the need for surgical intervention.
- Reviewing patients' medical history, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies to plan the most appropriate treatment and surgical approach.
- Evaluating and advising patients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of surgical procedures.
- Performing surgical procedures to prevent or correct injuries, diseases, deformities, and dysfunctions while adhering to regulatory, ethical, and clinical protocols.
- Performing advanced laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgical procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, using specialized instruments and imaging equipment.
- Assessing patient suitability for laparoscopic surgery and determining the most appropriate surgical technique based on clinical indications.
- Managing intraoperative challenges and converting laparoscopic procedures to open surgery when clinically necessary.
- Utilizing laparoscopic equipment, cameras, energy devices, and surgical instruments safely and effectively to optimize patient outcomes.
- Following established surgical techniques and evidence-based practices during all surgical procedures.
- Prescribing and overseeing preoperative and postoperative treatments, medications, and care plans.
- Ensuring sterility in the operating room and maintaining strict infection control standards for all equipment and instruments.
- Directing and coordinating the activities of surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, technicians, and other hospital staff to ensure proper patient care.
- Overseeing all treatments before and after surgery, monitoring patient recovery, and identifying and managing associated risks and complications.
- Responding promptly to surgical emergencies and providing critical care management when required.
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participating in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education to maintain high standards of surgical practice.
- Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior doctors, residents, and surgical staff as appropriate.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
