About LabCity
LabCity is a technology-driven healthcare platform connecting customers with diagnostic laboratories and healthcare services. We are expanding our Sehat Mitra Consultant network and looking for motivated individuals to join us as freelance telecallers.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding health checkups, diagnostic tests and healthcare packages.
- Explain LabCity services, offers and health packages to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead information properly.
- Coordinate with the LabCity team for bookings and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Build good customer relationships and provide basic information about available diagnostic services.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish; basic English will be an advantage.
- Smartphone with internet connection.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Freshers, homemakers, students and experienced telecallers can apply.
