Job Title: CRM Executive
Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and supporting customer retention through effective communication and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-up with new and existing customers.
- Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Support customer onboarding, training, and engagement activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
