An Parent Liasoning Manager Drives initiative to counsel Parents for admissions of their toddlers in our preschool, Petals Preschool is an 22 years old franchise who believe in relationship management with children's and parents. This role involves handling inquiries, meeting targets for our other franchises admissions, often requiring strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Actively attend calls and convert parents into paid admissions.
- Counseling: Advise potential Parents on Preschool Facilities, Child Brain and Holistic Development and the admissions process.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with parents through follow-ups and personalized attention.
- Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to track Parent Admission Queries, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–4 years in counseling, or tele-calling, preferably in the education sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Attitude: Goal-oriented with a, passionate approach to sales.
Typical Benefits
