Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager– MEP Projects with strong analytical skills to manage project execution while leveraging data tools like Microsoft Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise MEP works at site
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Monitor project progress, cost, and timelines
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Analyze project data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Manage material planning and site inventory
- Billing, Certification and Site Coordination
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP project execution
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of Electrical, HVAV and plumbing systems (Core subject Electrical)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data-driven project monitoring
- Knowledge of IS codes and industry standards
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
