We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Head to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and understanding of sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase conversions.
- Handle and guide the team for customer interactions and sales processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback & training.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Analyze sales data and implement plans to boost revenue.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
