Job Summary
As an Admission Counsellor at Touch Campus – India’s First AI-powered Education Guidance Portal, you will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals towards the right academic and upskilling programs. Your role will involve counseling, lead follow-up, relationship building, and helping candidates through the admission process to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for student inquiries
- Counsel students and professionals regarding online degrees, B.Voc, B.Tech (Part-Time), open schooling, and skill courses
- Understand the academic and career goals of learners and suggest suitable programs
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in educational outreach, industry programs (EXEE), and admission events
- Coordinate with university partners and back-office team for admission support
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Any UG Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one regional language
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education sector preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Passion for education and student success
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
