Your Role & Impact
As a ASM – Sales, you will play a key leadership role in driving revenue and expanding market presence:
Lead territory-wise sales planning & execution
Drive primary & secondary sales growth
Expand presence across Modern Trade, HoReCa & Institutional segments
Unlock new revenue streams through White Labeling & Co-branding deals
Strengthen distribution networks & key account relationships
Ensure strong market visibility & brand presence
Work closely with production & logistics for seamless operations
Analyze market trends & competitor activity to stay ahead
Own and present sales performance reports & MIS
Who We’re Looking For
Graduate in Business / Marketing or related field
2–7 years of experience in Natural Mineral Water (Mandatory)
Strong expertise in Horeca, Channel Sales & Distribution Management
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
Comfortable with field travel and market expansion
Hands-on with MS Excel & reporting tools
