Dreamweavers Cowork is Jalandhar's largest coworking and managed office space — 24,000 sq ft at PPR Mall, Model Town, we are looking for a Centre Manager to take complete ownership of our flagship centre.
Location: PPR Mall, 4th Floor, Model Town, Jalandhar
Experience: 4–8 years | Coworking / Hospitality / Real Estate preferred
THE ROLE
This is a leadership role with full autonomy. You will run the centre end-to-end — from the first member enquiry to the last vendor invoice. You report directly to the Managing Director.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
▸ Member Acquisition — space tours, lead conversions, B2B tie-ups, occupancy targets
▸ Member Retention — renewals, NPS, community engagement, escalation management
▸ Operations — daily centre functioning, cleanliness, front desk and housekeeping team
▸ Vendor Management — ISP, DG/UPS, CCTV, AMC contracts, PPR Mall coordination
▸ Administration — membership agreements, invoicing, collections, monthly P&L reporting

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▸ Proven experience managing a coworking space, serviced office, hotel or real estate property
▸ Comfortable doing sales AND operations — this is not a siloed role
▸ Strong communicator in English, Hindi and Punjabi
▸ Based in Jalandhar or willing to relocate immediately
▸ Ownership mindset — you run the centre like it's your own
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
