Financial Counsellor – Hospital Industry (Role Summary)
We are hiring a Financial Counsellor with experience in the hospital/medical industry. The candidate should be able to explain treatment packages, estimated expenses, insurance process, and hospital charges to patients and their relatives in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain hospital charges, treatment estimates, and package details to patients.
- Guide patients regarding billing procedures and payment options.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, TPA, and insurance departments.
- Handle patient counselling regarding admission deposits and treatment costs.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
- Provide clear communication and support to patients and relatives.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in hospital or healthcare industry.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and TPA process preferred.
