We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled Project Controller to join our dynamic team. As a Project Controller, you will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, Deliver working software that meets the functional/non-functional requirements of business users.
You will be
- Responsible for monitoring reporting the complete project spends across efforts, contractors, travel expenses across locations.
- Responsible for monitoring reporting the project revenue in relation to efforts and cost recoveries.
- Support delivery management to share project spend and revenue status on weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide insight on the planned and unplanned spends / revenue which will be impacting the project deliverables.
- Work closely with the delivery team to understand the overall project deliverables and track the same.
- Liaise and report to the CFO team on the spends and/or revenue year to date actuals and forecast on the overall project performance and delivery status.
- Maintain detailed granular level information on the project spends and documentations around the project spends / revenue.
- Provide high-quality management information on the project status and financials.
- Liaise with CFO team to share monthly accruals on revenue estimates and spend related provisions support to eliminate any revenue leakage or cost remaining unaccounted.
- Timely execution of contracting documents.
- Timely follow-up for updating of the time cards and ensure cost and revenue completeness
Your skills
- B.Com, B.E, MBA with strong Financial Acumen
- 5 – 8 years of experience in financial planning analysis, reporting
- Strong analytical skills and eager to learn and drive financial results
- Good understanding of financial accounting, analysis
- Well versed with SAP, MS Excel, Power Bi, Powerpoint
- Good understanding on AI ability to create AI use cases
- Ability to resonate the business requirements relating to the projects
