JOB DESCRIPTION OF Center Head – Administration & Operations
· To Ensure optimum operational efficiency of the Organization (Hospital) by coordinating with various functional departments.
· Streamlining the administrative processes as per the requirements of N.A.B.H. (IP Billing, Front Office, Patient Care, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, etc.)
· Creating goodwill for the organization, both internally (Staff, Doctors, etc.) as well as externally (Patients).
· Improving patient loyalty by enhancement of overall patient satisfaction index by inculcating a patient friendly culture following N.A.B.H Procedures strictly.
· Ensure all statutory requirements and norms are met.
· Ensure adherence to N.A.B.H quality standards in the day to day Hospital Operations.
· Ensure optimum utilization of facilities and services.
· Enabling the employee development by specifying their job competencies and through training.
· Handling medico-legal cases in conjunction with the Director – Operations and CEO.
· To reduce expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.
· Identifying and addressing deviations and its relevant causes.
· To function as the liaison between medical professionals ( consultants and junior housestaff ) and the Director Operations and CEO.
· To monitor and ensure all Nursing Procedures are followed as per N.A.B.H Guidelines along with the Nursing Manager.
· To monitor and ensure all Laboratory and Diagnostics are followed according to N.A.B.L specifications and work with the Director of Laboratory Services
· To function as the Acting Head of the Hospital in the absence of the Director Operations and or the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
