Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in CRM development, customization, Power Automate, Plugins, and Azure. The candidate should have experience working with the CEM module and strong banking domain exposure. 10+ years of banking domain experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM applications.
- Develop and configure CRM Plugins and business logic.
- Design and implement workflows and automation using Power Automate.
- Configure and customize the CEM module based on business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with Azure and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume APIs for CRM integrations.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and support application releases.
