Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall PhD research and academic operations.
- Guide and monitor PhD scholars throughout their research journey.
- Coordinate with research supervisors, faculty, universities, and academic committees.
- Oversee research proposals, synopsis, progress reviews, thesis submission, and viva processes.
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory research guidelines.
- Develop research policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor research progress, publications, conferences, and academic outcomes.
- Resolve scholar and supervisor-related issues.
- Maintain research records, reports, and documentation.
- Drive a strong research culture and improve the quality of PhD programs.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
