Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
