Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead Franchise Development and Business Expansion in the School/K-12 Education sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in franchise acquisition, partner management, and regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise acquisition and expansion across assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and educational institutions.
- Support franchise partners with onboarding, operations, and admissions growth.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities.
- Achieve regional business and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchise success.
- Travel across the assigned region as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Franchise Development.
- School/K-12/Education industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, business development, and regional expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
