Job Details
- Position: Mapping Intern
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Internship Type: Full-Time, On-site
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and verify geospatial data
- Create and update maps using GIS software
- Perform digitization and spatial data analysis
- Generate reports and maintain data accuracy
- Support GIS projects and mapping documentation
Eligibility
- B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, Geography, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related graduates/students
- Strong interest in GIS, mapping, and geospatial technologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work with spatial data
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS
- Basic understanding of Remote Sensing and GPS
- Familiarity with spatial data formats and coordinate systems
- MS Excel proficiency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
