- Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with 2-5 years in interior fit-out/site supervision
- Supervise interior fit-out and painting activities, coordinate with stakeholders, manage labour and materials, ensure quality and schedule adherence
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and painting activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the project team for smooth site execution.
- Manage labour deployment, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Plan and monitor material requirements, receipts, consumption, and inventory at site.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision (Residential & Commercial Projects).
- Good knowledge of interior finishing works, including false ceiling, flooring, painting, modular furniture, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execute work as per approved designs.
- Experience in labour management, vendor coordination, and material planning.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, site measurements, quantity verification, and billing coordination.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across project sites within Pune.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
