About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong written English, good research skills, and a passion for creating engaging and informative content.
The candidate will be responsible for creating content related to visa, immigration, study abroad, travel, and other company services across different digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, original, and engaging content for blogs, websites, articles, social media, and marketing materials.
- Research visa, immigration, travel, and other relevant topics and convert information into simple, reader-friendly content.
- Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords, headings, and proper content structure.
- Write social media captions, promotional content, and campaign copy.
- Develop informative content for different visa categories and countries.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure correct grammar, spelling, readability, and accuracy.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and aligned with the company's brand tone.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content requirements.
- Update existing website and blog content whenever required.
- Stay updated with content-writing, SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Complete assigned content within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Good understanding of content writing and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to write content for different audiences and platforms.
- Good proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn about the visa and immigration industry.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience in content writing; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, mass communication, Marketing, communications, or any related field is preferred.
- Candidates with personal blogs, internships, freelance writing experience, or writing samples will have an added advantage.
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools and Google Trends.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- A portfolio or writing samples will be an added advantage.
