Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the interiors or construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and lead generation.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients to promote the company's products and services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to convert leads into successful projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the interiors, construction, building materials, or fit-out industry.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, or corporate clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
