About the Role
Living Commerce Space Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, Tally ERP, GST compliance, and financial record management. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
- Record daily sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments.
Statutory Compliance
- Generate and manage E-Invoices as per government regulations.
- Create and track E-Way Bills through Tally ERP.
- Assist in GST calculations, data preparation, and monthly return filings.
- Prepare TDS working sheets and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
- Assist during audits and compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas preferred).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
