Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Redshift.
- Strong understanding of database management and query optimization techniques related to Amazon Redshift.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data warehouse environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration of Amazon Redshift with other cloud services.
- Competence in scripting or automation to streamline support tasks and improve operational workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Redshift.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
