Medical Affairs Lead / Senior Medical Strategist

We are hiring a Medical Affairs professional with:
· Strong scientific foundation (MBBS, PharmD, MD, MPharm, or equivalent)
· 3+ years in Pharma Medical Affairs, MSL leadership, or a top-tier medcomms agency
· Excellent HCP-grade scientific writing and strategic thinking skills
· Ability to engage confidently with pharma medical teams and KOLs
· Strong command of at least one therapy area: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, or Oncology
· Ability to synthesize evidence and shape scientific narratives — not just summarize literature
· Comfort using AI tools to craft publication-grounded medical communication
You will lead medical strategy across:
· CME programs
· Delphi consensus initiatives
· KAP studies
· Advisory boards
· Accredited HCP certification programs
You will also contribute to shaping at the intersection of medicine, scientific communication, and AI.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
