We are looking for a .NET Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead development of applications using .NET Core / .NET 5+ / .NET 6+ Design and implement scalable architectures and microservices Mentor and guide development teams Review code and ensure adherence to best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) Ensure application performance, security, and scalability Manage project deliverables and timelines Required Skills Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API Hands-on with Entity Framework / EF Core Expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs Experience with SQL Server / databases Familiarity with Azure / cloud services Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Strong leadership and communication skills Good to Have Experience with Angular / React Knowledge of DevOps practices Exposure to event-driven architecture Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
