We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst/PM to lead requirement discovery, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
This role requires strong domain knowledge, advanced requirement management skills, and experience working in Agile and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and analysis initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
- Create and manage BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, process flows
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
- Drive requirement traceability and change management processes
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Mentor junior Business Analysts
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Participate in roadmap planning and business strategy discussions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay: ₹415,527.52 - ₹750,000.00 per year
