Job Description:
ROI MINDS, a growing Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team management, and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing space.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
Oversee and manage the overall sales strategy, including inside sales, lead generation, and deal closing.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and sales campaigns.
Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and progress to senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
