Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Working)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and walk-ins to explain services and value offerings
- Convert leads into appointments or bookings through effective follow-up strategies
- Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries, resolving customer queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the in-clinic operations team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
- Support promotional calling campaigns and collect client feedback
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, approachable, and persuasive sales approach
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
- High motivation to learn and grow within the inside sales domain
- Ready to work full-time from the clinic (remote work not available)
